Photographer Anne Calamuci focuses on +55 women in AGELESS CREATIVITY

(February 6, 2025) “I turned 60 and became keenly aware of the negative, off-the cuff comments about women at that age on television, in movies and during talk show interviews. There’s some kind of mystique that once we turn a certain age that we have nothing left to offer, which is ridiculous. I certainly don’t feel that way. And the women who participated in this project feel the same way. They are active, passionate visionaries. 

Ageless Creativity is a photographic celebration of creative women, aged 55 and over. The goal is to showcase how vibrant, creative and full of life women are in the latter chapters of their lives. Images are created with the light painting technique that has a liveliness and vibrant effect.

I love to create photo series with positive messages. This exhibition showcases the creativity of women over 55. Thank you to my talented friend, makeup artist Kim Reyes, who is an integral part of the creative team. The creative drive is ageless!”
